Going over my digital files I came upon an old proposal I was working on. Its unfinished in some aspects, and some of the information might be outdated, but I think its still relevant, because F1 broadcasting in more ways than one, sucks. BBC and Speed [Fox] are good, but the fragmentation of content and unavailability for new fans to access it has always pissed me.
So on that, I started working on what I guess would be a more globalized broadcast platform, which at the same time would not restrict fan footage.
